Meet the Team

Nice to meet you! We’re Eric & Marissa Halberstadt, of Halberstadt Homes, a dynamic husband and wife real estate team. Since we met, we’ve shared an immense passion for helping other members of our community with all things real estate. More dates than Eric would like to admit were spent driving around at night, looking at and talking about real estate!

Marissa was born in Marlton, Eric was born in Lansdale & combined we have lived in the PA suburbs, Center City, Haddonfield, and Haddon Township. Our roots are here, our family is here, and our business is here. We pride ourselves in being the local, trusted experts.

Prior to establishing Halberstadt Homes, we amassed over 20 years of highly successful corporate sales experience. Marissa, who comes from Luxury Hotel sales & Eric, from the Medical Device sales industry. We bring every ounce of that experience, encompassing attention to detail, expert negotiations, communication, and unmatched grit to represent our clients at the highest level every single day.
In addition to real estate, we come from athletic backgrounds and are die hard Philly sports fans, yes even the Sixers. During our first year of dating, we may or may not have dressed as Santa & Mrs. Clause to attend an Eagles vs. Giants game. Pics to come…

When not helping our clients, we are dedicated parents to our son Lou & to our 9-year-old Lab Barklee, who ironically doesn’t bark (does not apply to UPS)! They are both our world. 
We’re proud residents of Haddon Township – we absolutely love where we live, with a town rich in BYOB’s, farmers markets, unique small businesses and a close proximity to Philly!
